To foster the growth of christian spiritual life, especially by the practice of retreats, quiet days and similar activities.

To introduce retreats and quiet days to those who do not know of them.

To organise and conduct residential and non-residential retreats and quiet days, pilgrimages and similar activities.

And to this end regularly organise ecumenical quiet days and retreats.
